Thomas W. Roller, 61, Harvey formerly of Chaseley died Monday May 12, 2014 at the St. Aloisius Medical Center in Harvey.

Visitation will be Friday from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the Hertz Funeral Home, Harvey.

Private services will be held at a later date at Hertz Funeral Home, Harvey and burial will be in St. Cecilia Catholic Cemetery, Harvey, ND.

Tom was born on July 20, 1952 at Harvey, ND. He was the son of John and Margaret (Prom) Roller. He spent his early childhood years attending school in Chaseley and later graduated from the Bowdon High School. He worked briefly in Fargo before returning to Chaseley. He worked in the service department and assembling machinery at the Chaseley Garage until it closed. Tom later moved to Harvey and worked for the City of Harvey until 2012. He was then diagnosed with cancer and continued to live in Harvey.

Tom enjoyed fishing and hunting. He spent many hours with friends and family and attending his nephews sporting events.

Tom is survived by his two sisters, Lucy Southard of Harvey, Susan (Lynn) Selle of Minot; two brothers, John (Lynda) Roller of Chaseley and Peter (Chris) Roller of Jamestown; numerous nieces and nephews.

Tom was preceded in death by his parents.
