Tamra Fandrich, 67, of Surrey died Tuesday, September 1, 2026, at the Trinity Hospital of Minot. Funeral services will be held at the First Baptist Church, Goodrich, ND on Saturday, September 5, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in Goodrich City Cemetery, Goodrich, North Dakota.

Tamra was born on May 1, 1959 in Harvey, ND to Dellas and Janice (Pfaff) Gross. She grew up in Goodrich and graduated from Goodrich High School in 1977. She had several jobs after high school including helping retired individuals with their daily activities. Tamra married Lee John Fandrich on July 10, 1982, in Goodrich. They lived in Goodrich and became parents to Kyle and Kasy. Tamra continued to provide services to the elderly all the while, caring for her son Kasy’s special needs. Kasy passed away in 2000. They moved to the Minot area in 2002. Tamra worked at Edgewood in Minot for 22 years, retiring in 2025.

Tamra loved playing piano and was often called upon to play for functions at Edgwood. Playing Bingo was a favorite along with collecting memorabilia especially Elvis Presley items.

Tamra was a member of the First Baptist Church in Goodrich.

Tamra is survived by her husband; son, Kyle (Chrissy) Fandrich of Minot; granddaughters, Miranda and Ella; mother, Janice Schock of Turtle Lake, ND; siblings, Lori (Rodney) Opdahl of Harvey, April (Brent) Schafer of Bismarck; Denise Campbell of Malta, MT, Scott Gross of Tucson, AZ; stepmother Iris Gross of Morristown, SD. She was preceded in death by her son Kasy, father, brothers Mitchell and Larry Gross.
