Steve Roerick 36 of Fargo died Tuesday September 24, 2013 at his home. Memorial services will be held at the St. Anthony Church of Selz on Wednesday October 2, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. Interment will be in St. Anthony Catholic Cemetery, Selz.

Steven was born April 4, 1977 in Harvey. He was the son of Kenny Buckwitz and Lynda Roerick. He grew up and attended school in Harvey. Steven was baptized at the St. Anthony Catholic Church of Selz. Steven attended college in Fargo where he received a degree in criminal justice. He lived in Fargo. He married Valerie Myhre on April 17, 1997.

Steven is survived by his wife, Valerie of West Fargo; daughters, Kylie and Alicia both of West Fargo; mother and step-father, Lynda and Sid Mack of Fargo; father, Kenny Buckwitz of Grand Forks; maternal grandparents, Edward and Lyla Roerick of Harvey; paternal grandparents, Ervin and Darlene Buckwitz of Carrington; step grandparents, Tony and Maggie Mack of Karlsruhe, ND; numerous aunts and uncles.
