Shelia Patzer

Shelia Patzer, 59, of Harvey passed away on Monday, August 3, 2026 at her home. Shelia’s wishes were to have private services held. Arrangements are with Hertz Funeral Home of Harvey.

Shelia was born on September 29, 1966 in Harvey. She was the daughter of Philip and Bonnie (Haugen) Faul. Shelia grew up and attended school in Harvey and graduated from Harvey High School in 1985. Shelia then married her highschool sweetheart Brad Patzer on July 13, 1985 in Fessenden. Before settling down in Harvey, they briefly lived in Spring Creek Nevada. In 2016 Brad and Shelia proudly opened Patzer Truck and Ag Repair. Shelia also worked at Warehouse Grocery for many years. She lost Brad, the love of her life, on April 17, 2022.

Shelia enjoyed fishing, going to the casino, playing E Tabs, keeping up with her TV shows, and calling bingo. She also had a deep love for horses from early on in her childhood. On Sundays you could find Shelia cracking a cold one and watching her Green Bay Packers win. Shelia was always strong-willed, straight forward, and told many jokes.

Shelia is survived by her daughter, Lacey Patzer (grandpuppies Theo & Tilly) of Harvey, sister, Bonny Lynn Faul. She is also survived by her fun and crazy cousins, Becky, Darla, Stacey, Terry John, and Melodi; uncle Ron Randa; and friend Jake McIntosh. Shelia was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Brad.
