SanDee Baltrusch of Harvey died Saturday February 25, 2017 at her home after an 18 month battle with cancer.

Funeral services will be held at the Faith Lutheran Church of Harvey on Wednesday March 1, 2017 at 2:00 p.m.

Visitation will be held at the Hertz Funeral Home in Harvey on Tuesday from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.

SanDee was the daughter of Willard and Esther (Maul) Stricker. She was born in Scottsbluff, Nebraska and graduated from high school there. She was once married to Jim Stobel. They had two children Stace and Brian.

SanDee married Milo Baltrusch on September 28, 1983 in Torrington, Wyoming. They lived in Gering, Nebraska, the Denver, Colorado area and moved to Harvey in 1987. SanDee worked for the Tebelius Law firm for nearly eleven years. SanDee also worked with her husband at their business, MiDee Auto.

SanDee enjoyed cooking, reading and collecting glassware. She shared her husband's passion for drag racing. The modified S-10 Pickup raced by SanDee and Milo was rebuilt by her son Brian using the engine and transmission from her son Stace's 56 Chevy. Her Maltese dog, "Mickey" kept her company and brightened many of her days.

SanDee is survived by her husband, Milo of Harvey; sister, Debbi Hafling of Phoenix, AZ and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; sons, Stace and Brian.

SanDee passed away on February 25, 2017 at her home in Harvey after battling cancer for the past eighteen months. Blessed be the memory of SanDee Baltrusch.
