Rosene Faul, 76, of Harvey, went to be with her Lord on Friday January 25, 2019 at the St. Aloisius Hospital of Harvey after a brief bout of cancer.  Funeral services will be held at the Cornerstone Community Church South Campus on Thursday January 31, at 10:30 a.m.

Visitation will be held at the Hertz Funeral Home of Harvey on Wednesday January 30, from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.

Burial will be in the Country Mennonite Brethren Cemetery, Harvey, ND.

Rosene was born on February 6, 1942 on the family farm south of Harvey she was the fourth child of seven born to Leonard and Martha (Buchwitz) Knutson.  She grew up and attended rural school in Crystal Lake Township and also high school in Hurdsfield and Harvey.  Rosene married Bill Faul on October 30, 1960 at the Trinity Bethany Lutheran Church of Harvey.  They raised their children Lori, Mark, and Susan on the family farm south of Harvey they instilled their love for Jesus Christ throughout their lives in their children and grandchildren.  Rosene loved the farm life; she enjoyed cultivating the fields and hauling grain to the bins or to town.  Rosene always had a nice garden to work in; she really enjoyed putting in her flowers all around the farm. She also enjoyed reading Christian based books.  Rosene was a member of the Cornerstone Community Church of Harvey.

Rosene is survived by her husband of 58 years, Bill Faul of Hurdsfield; daughter, Lori Yoder of Topeka, Kansas, son and daughter-in-law, Mark and Michelle Faul of Hurdsfield; daughter and son-in-law, Susan (Gaylon) Sieler of Cando, ND; eight grandchildren; 4 great- grandchildren; 3 step-grandchildren; 5 step-great-grandchildren; sister, Linda Schwarz of Rolette, ND; brother, Gerald (Twila) Knutson of Filer, Idaho;

Rosene was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Leroy, Elroy, Jim; sister, Kristene Baier
