Reinold Zinke, 83 of Bismarck, passed away October 1 ^st , 2020 at Prospera Community-Sunset in Mandan.  Reinold was born January 1 ^st , 1937 in McClusky North Dakota, the son of Alfred and Alvina (Klatt) Zinke.  He grew up on a farm north of Mercer, ND with his parents and siblings. Reinold attended country school where he would ride his favorite horse "Thunder" to and from school.  Reinold married Loretta Melom July 24, 1964 and moved to McClusky where they lived for 54 years.  Reinold worked for Sheridan County as a blade operator/mechanic for 37 years.  He loved spending time outdoors fishing, hunting, and working on anything that had a motor.  He was always willing to lend a helping hand to his family, neighbors, friends and area farmers.  Reinold also loved to spend his time dancing with his wife, playing games with his family, and talking about cars or how to fix them. His favorite time of the year was making sausage with his family.  Reinold also loved being a grandpa and spending time with Josh, Justin, Justin K, Jessica, Morgan, MaKenna, Kayla, Clay, Courtni, Jaci, Keegan and Ryan.

Reinold will be deeply missed by his wife of 56 years Loretta Zinke , Bismarck; his son's Raymond Zinke (Sarah), Regan, Robert Zinke (Missy), Wilton, Mike Zinke (Toni), Bismarck; his daughter Melissa Sporer (Chris), Mandan; his brothers Harold Zinke, Turtle Lake, Glen Zinke (Twilla), Minot and his grandchildren, nephews, nieces and great grandchildren.

He is proceeded in death by his parents, his in-laws Millard and Carolina Melom, his brother and sister in-law Meinhart and Christine Zinke, his sister Diane Zinke and sister in-law Carol Zinke.

Private funeral services will be held on Tuesday, October 6, 2020 at the Assembly of God Church in McClusky.  Visitation will be held at the Hertz Funeral Home of McClusky on Monday, October 5, from 4:00 pm until 6:00 pm.  Public graveside services will be on Tuesday, at the McClusky City Cemetery at 11:30 am.  Arrangements with Hertz Funeral Home of McClusky.  Funeral services will be live streamed on the McClusky Assembly of God Facebook  page at 10:30 am. on Tuesday.
