Randy D. Frueh, 67, Goodrich, ND died with his wife holding his hand Thursday February 4, 2021 at the Mayo Clinic Hospital, St. Mary's Campus in Rochester, MN from complications of a heart transplant.

A memorial service will be held at Peace Lutheran Church, Goodrich on June 3, 2021 (Thursday) at 10:30 a.m. Interment will be in the Goodrich City Cemetery.

Randy was born on February 27, 1953 in Harvey, ND to Alvin and Esther (Schuh) Frueh. He grew up on the family farm in Goodrich, ND and attended school in Goodrich. He married Susan Kline on November 26, 1971 in Hurdsfield, ND. They recently celebrated their 49 ^th wedding anniversary. Randy and Sue had two children, Heather and David.

Randy worked as a semi-truck driver for many years and worked many different jobs in Goodrich, but farming was what he loved. He most recently worked along side his nephews, Darin and Sheldon, at Frueh Farms. He would do anything needed on the farm but driving the combine was what he loved. He loved being able to take anyone for a combine ride. He always had a smile on his face when his grandchildren would come for a ride.

Being with family was very important to Randy. Randy loved spending time at the lake with family and friends. In the fall, he would deer hunt with kids and they would make sausage. You could also find him giving his grandchildren rides on the four-wheeler.

Randy is survived by his wife, Susan; daughter, Heather (Brady) Weaver, Bismarck and their children Hannah, Benjamin, and Libby; son, David Frueh, Bismarck and his children Hadley and Harper; nephews, Darin and Sheldon Frueh, Goodrich.

Randy is also survived by many other family and friends including his sisters, Lois (Ken) Helmer, Nancy (Fred) Felchle, and Becky Thomas and their families; sisters-in-law, Sherry (Jon) Johnson, Kathy (Jeff) Freadrich, and Pam Frueh and their families.

Randy was preceded in death by his parents, mother and father-in-law, brother Larry, nephew Kevin, niece Carla, and brothers-in-law Terry Reutter and Dennis Thomas.
