Pearl Lockrem, 99, Harvey, ND died Thursday, February 22, 2024 at the St. Aloisius Nursing Home. Services will be at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 27 at Hertz Funeral Home, Harvey, ND.  Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service with burial following the service in Sunnyside Cemetery, Harvey, ND.

Pearl was born on October 26, 1924 west of Harvey to Andrew and Laura (Thorstad) Krosbakken.  She grew up on the family farm in Hillsdale Township where she attended country school and graduated from Harvey High School in 1943. Pearl married Clarence Lockrem on December 7, 1945 in Harvey.  They resided in Harvey until moving to Martin in 1955.  They owned and operated Lockrem's Service Station and Grocery Store.  They moved to Harvey in 1986.  She was the secretary at the Harvey Senior Citizens Club for 15 years and then retired.  Clarence died on May 11, 2010.  Pearl kept busy socializing during her retirement years and had a great sense of humor.

Pearl was a member of the First Lutheran Church, Senior Citizens, and former member of the American Legion Auxiliary all of Harvey.

Pearl is survived by her son Terry of Minot; daughters, Cheryl (Jerry) Kaplan of Minnetonka, MN, Diane (Kim) Raugust of Goodrich, DeNae Lockrem of Harvey; 8 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren.

Pearl was preceded in death by her parents; husband; daughter-in-law Nancy Lockrem; and numerous siblings.
