Patrick Leintz, 74, of Harvey died Sunday April 12, 2026 at his home.  A celebration of life will be held for Pat along with a brief graveside service July 11th, 2026 in Selz, ND at noon.  Lunch will be served following the service.

Pat was born on March 17, 1952 in Harvey, North Dakota.  He was the son of Adam and Catherine (Richter) Leintz.  Pat grew up and attended school in Harvey.  After school he began working construction.  Pat then started to work for the Soo Line (later CP) Railroad as a conductor.  During his retirement Pat would spend the winters in Arizona and the summers in Harvey.  He enjoyed watching old westerns, mowing the lawn, and a drink with friends in Selz or at the Eagles.  Pat was a long-time member of the Eagles Club and Knights of Columbus.

Pat is survived by his sons, Travis (Rachel) Leintz of Gilbert, AZ, Trent (Kelly) Leintz of Bozeman, MT, and Tyler (Janna) Leintz of Phoenix, AZ.  Grandchildren Wyatt Leintz, Grayson Leintz, Bennet Leintz, and Aila Leintz.  Brothers, Robert (Shirley) Leintz of Harvey; Adam "Mike" (Gigi) Leintz of Bismarck; Steven Leintz of Huron, SD; two sisters, Cheryl (Leon) Arnold of Harvey and Joleen (Bill) Steinmetz of Jamestown; Along with many nieces, nephews, and cousins.  Pat was preceded in death by his parents, his sister, Kathleen Rudnick, and his nephew Chrys Leintz.
