Michael Lee Scott, 58, Fessenden, ND formerly from Texas died Sunday, January 7, 2024, at the St. Aloisius Hospital in Harvey. No local services are planned.

Michael was born on March 15, 1965, on the Norton Air Force Base, San Bernadino, CA.  He was the son of Wayne Lynn Scott and Nancy Mae (Cunningham) Scott.  He grew up in California and moved to Texas.  He married Melanie Brimhall, and they had two children, Charles, and Deana. They lived in Weatherford, TX and Springtown, TX for several years.  Michael and Charles moved to Fessenden, ND in May 2023.  Michael had worked in the restaurant industry as a cook for many years.

Michael is survived by his son, Charles of Fessenden; daughter, Deana of Texas; mother, Nancy Scott of Sunset, TX; father Wayne of Nevada; nephew, Kyle Daniel Scott (Mercades) of Fessenden.

Michael was loved by many and will be dearly missed.
