Martha Seibel, 91, Harvey formerly of rural Denhoff, died Monday, November 01, 2010 at the St. Aloisius Medical Center, Harvey.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 4, 2010 at Hertz Funeral Home, Harvey. Visitation will be held on Wednesday November 3, 2010 from 2:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.

Martha was born on November 13, 1918 at Bowdon, ND. She was the daughter of Henry and Magdelena (Remboldt) Wiebe. She grew up and attended school in Bowdon. As a young woman she worked for area families. Martha married John Seibel Jr. on February 25, 1944 in Bowdon. They lived in Bowdon where John worked as a mechanic. In 1946 they move to the Seibel family farm near Lincoln Valley. They lived and farmed there and retired in 1983. They moved to Max in October of 2006. Martha entered the St. Aloisius Nursing Home on January 31, 2008. John died on July 9, 2008. Martha enjoyed crocheting, cooking, fishing and working on Jigsaw puzzles and crossword puzzles. Martha also enjoyed spending time with her family.

Martha is survived by one son, Clifford of Fargo; daughters, Cheryl and Brenda Seibel both of Max; child of her heart Wilma Lockwood of Max; sister, Della French of Lodi, CA; Martha was preceded in death by her parents; husband John; brothers, Edward, John, Henry, Reuben; sisters, Alma Rodacker, and Lorraine Murray.
