Magdalena Reule 93 of Harvey died Sunday September 29, 2013 at the St. Aloisius Nursing Home of Harvey.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, October 3 at Bethel Baptist Church, Harvey, ND.

Visitation will be Wednesday from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. at Hertz Funeral Home, Harvey.

Burial will be held at the Lake View Cemetery, Cathay, ND.

Maggie was born on July 8, 1920 in Harvey, ND. She was the daughter of Christian and Louisa (Pris) Sept. She married Otto Reule on October 22, 1938 in Fessenden, ND. They lived in Harvey. In 1942 they moved to a farm near Edmunds. The family then moved to Sykeston. They moved to Cathay in 1960 and to Harvey in 1978. Otto died on March 27, 2005. Maggie entered the St. Aloisius Nursing Home in 2009.

Maggie's hobbies included embroidery, needle point, gardening, canning, scrapbooking and singing.

Maggie is survived by sons, Gerald, Thompson, ND, Stephen, Mandan, ND, Leon, Fargo, Douglas, Fargo, Larry, Fargo, Kelly, West Fargo; seven daughters, Thelma Trecker, Jamestown, Marlys Rosemore, Mandan, Sharon Van Bruggen, Fargo, Wanda Lepard, Fargo, Mary Ertelt, Dilworth, MN, Barbara Reule, Fargo, Cynthia Sorkness, West Fargo;43 grandchildren; 55 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren.

Maggie was preceded in death by her parents; husband; two sons, Gustav and Richard; three daughters, Brenda, Patricia Harrington, and Evonne Kelly; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; three brothers, Carl, John and Fred Sept; two sisters, Bertha and Lydia.
