Lois Stuber, 79, Fargo, ND died August 23, 2017 at the Villa Maria Nursing Home, Fargo.

Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, September 9 at Sunnyside Cemetery, Harvey, ND.

Lois was born on November 28, 1937 to Ervin and Minnie (Reichenberger) Helm in Harvey.  She grew up and attended area schools and helped on the family farm.  Lois met and married Walter Stuber.  She was a homemaker but later in life, she worked various jobs in the area.  She loved to play cards, watch old movies, and the TV show "Mama's Family".  She was a wonderful mother and a great cook.

Lois is survived by her daughters, Sheila Stuber, Moorhead, MN, Sherry Stuber of Fargo, ND; eight grandchildren, Trisha (Al) Anderson, Christopher Beedy, Chesney Boor, River and Brooke Hawley, Melissa Stuber, Jennifer Slyt and Joshua Cook; seven great-grandchildren, Aubree Anderson, Jasmine, McKenzie and Kaylee Cook, Falicity Stuber, Damion Sether and Autumn Flaten; sister, Lillian Breckle, Cooperstown, ND, Brother, Vernon (Delores) Helm of Bismarck.

Lois was preceded in death by her parents; husband, son, Shawn; sisters, Eunice Opp and Marlene Hauser; brother, Glen Helm.
