Kenneth A. Peak of Posen, IL formerly of Hurdsfield, ND died on Monday February 6, 2017 at the age of 84.

Graveside services with military rites will be held at 2 p.m. Friday June 9, 2017 in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Hurdsfield, ND.

He was the husband of the late Alice (Bailey) Peak. Loving Father to Rose Marie (Tom Mohr) Reed of St. Charles, IL ; Kathy (Stephen) Foster of Old Hickory, TN; and the late Deborah J Peak who passed away on Sunday, November 6th, 2016, at the age of 53. Grandfather to Kate (Kevin) Sumka of South Elgin, IL; Brooke and the late Stephen Alex Foster of Old Hickory, TN. Great Grandfather to Lucy and Luke Sumka of South Elgin, IL. Son of the late Alfred J and Marie (Miller) Peak. Brother to Gerald Peak of Bismarck, ND and the late Richard, Gayle, Vearl Peak and Rose Meier. Uncle to many. Kenneth was honorably discharged from USArmy service, and spent his lifelong career as Train operation Supervisor for CONRAIL
