th
grade. He then attended school in Harvey and graduated from Harvey High School in 1972. Jerome began farming with his father and brother Daniel. He also raised black angus cattle and had just recently sold them. He married Pamela Dietz on October 9, 1987 in Fessenden and they lived in Harvey.

He was a diehard Los Angeles Raiders fan and he enjoyed watching the Los Angeles Lakers. He loved to visit with people everywhere he went, and he made many friends at the casino, playing slot machines. Jerome & Pam had many fun weekends at Spirit Lake Casino, and they loved going to movies together, but didn't always agree on what to see. Jerome and Pam loved their cats Shadow and Tigger. His faith in God was so important to him, and they enjoyed going to church together every Sunday.
