Jamie G. Reimche, 43 of Fargo, formerly of Harvey passed away on Easter Monday, March 28, 2016 after a month long courageous battle with his family by his side at Sanford Hospital in Fargo.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 2 at New Life On Main Church, Harvey, ND.

Visitation will be 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. Friday, April 1 at Hertz Funeral Home, Harvey.

Burial will be in the Sunnyside Cemetery, Harvey, ND.

Jamie Gerald was born July 27, 1972 in Harvey to Gerald and Diane (Olson) Reimche. He grew up in Harvey and graduated from Harvey High School in 1990. Right after high school, Jamie moved to Fargo where he began his roofing career. Jamie was a foreman for Thompson Roofing Co., MJ Dalsin Co., and Greenberg Roofing Co., all in the Fargo area. Jamie was a hard worker and took pride in his work.
Jamie was a compassionate person, with an infectious smile and a love for life. Jamie always had a big heart and was concerned for others. Even during Jamies' month long stay in ICU at the hospital, Jamie had an over-whelming desire to make sure he told us how much he loved his family. Even though Jamie always wanted a brother, he was very protective over his four sisters and was always concerned for us and our families. Jamie loved talking on the phone and striking up conversations with strangers where ever he went. He enjoyed making people laugh and smile. Jamie always loved music and dancing. He especially loved to sing old country songs and he would always make sure to dance a song or two with his mom. Jamie loved riding his Harley Davidson and driving his 1969 Chevy Camaro. Jamie enjoyed collecting coins, camping, playing Clash of Clans on his IPad with friends, and taking his dog Peeper Jones for walks. Jamie started gardening in the past few years. He was so proud of his peppers and tomatoes.
Jamie is survived by and will be dearly missed by his parents, Gerald and Diane Reimche, Harvey; sisters; Stacy Reimche, Harvey, Lisa Reimche (Trevor Vande Hoven), Carrington, Kristi Reimche (Will Nelson), Harvey and Amber Reimche (Nick Roller) Grand Forks; special friend; Bobbie Jo Goulet, Fargo; nieces and nephews; Jeremy, Joshua, Jaiden, Larissa, Adisyn, Mya, Cashton, Aysa, Zander and Layne.
