Helen Goldade, 95 of Harvey died Wednesday, March 20, 2019 at the St. Aloisius Nursing Home of Harvey.

Funeral Mass: 10:30 a.m. Saturday, March 30 at St. Cecilia Catholic Church, Harvey, ND.  Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Friday, March 29 at the Hertz Funeral Home, Harvey.  Burial will be in the spring in the church cemetery.

Helen was born on April 25, 1923 near Wellsburg, ND.  She was the daughter of Anton and Alice (Bertsch) Goldade.  Helen grew up and attended school northeast of Harvey.  She married Tony A. Goldade on November 6, 1972 in Harvey.  Tony died on July 21, 1999.  Helen was a member of the St. Cecilia Catholic Church, St. Aloisius Hospital Auxiliary and the VFW Auxiliary, all of Harvey.

Helen is survived by her granddaughter, Kristie (Dale) Anderson of Harvey; great-grandchildren, Cody Anderson (Ethan Markestad) and Jarett Anderson (Karlie Dockter); sisters, Jean Hoffart, Fargo, Irene Marquart, Harvey, Regina McNally, Fargo, Angie Oster, Carrington; brother, Joseph (Esther) Goldade, Harvey; daughter-in-law, Sheila Goldade of Minot; sister-in-law, Isabella Goldade of Harvey and many nieces and nephews.

Helen was preceded in death by her parents; husband; son, Kenneth Goldade; sisters, Mary Goldade and Lena Eckman; brothers, Ferdinand, Sebastian, Frank, Leonard, Conrad, and Leo.
