Grace Mary Axt was born on October 20, 2011 at 8:35 a.m. at the St. Alexius Hospital in Bismarck to Jeff and Missy Axt of McClusky. She weighed 6 pounds, 9 ounces and was 19 inches long. Grace's family was blessed with a little over 15 hours with Grace, before she went to her heavenly home at 11:39 p.m. Grace experienced holding hands with her mommy and daddy, hugs and kisses from her family, and being told "I Love You" an uncountable number of times.
Grace is deeply loved by her mommy and daddy, maternal grandparents, Jim and Mary Lou Hilzendeger of Napoleon, paternal grandparents, Donald and JoAnn Axt of Wilton, many uncles and aunts. Grace will always remain her parents' precious baby and they will hold her again in Heaven.

Funeral mass will be held at the Holy Family Catholic Church of McClusky on Tuesday October 25, 2011 at 10:30 a.m. Visitation will be held at the Hertz Funeral Home of McClusky on Monday October 24, 2011 from 2:00 p.m. until 7:00 pm. Burial will be in the McClusky City Cemetery.
