Gloria Ann Seltvedt, 75, of Harvey died Friday, September 17, 2021 at the St. Aloisius Hospital of Harvey.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, September 24, 2021 at 10:30 a.m. at the Trinity Bethany Lutheran Church of Harvey.

Visitation will be on Thursday, September 23, 2021 from 3:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at the Hertz Funeral Home of Harvey.

Burial will be in the Sunnyside Cemetery of Harvey.

Gloria was born on December 27, 1945 in Harvey.  She was the daughter of Andrew and Annabelle (Vincent) Seltvedt. She grew up and attended school and graduated from Harvey High School in 1963.  Gloria continued her education at Minot State University. After a year at Minot State she and her sister Irene traveled and worked in Germany for one year.  She returned in September of 1965 after her father suddenly passed away. Gloria stayed in Harvey and worked on the farm and also started working at First State Bank of Harvey.  She later went back to Minot State and received her bachelor of art degree. Gloria moved to Seattle and went to work for King County Superior Court Services in the family services division until 1976. She moved to Santa Cruz, CA in 1977 where she met her husband Michael Banducea. She and Michael moved back to Harvey in 1978. Their union was blessed with a daughter Andrea.  She was a member of the Trinity Bethany Lutheran Church of Harvey. She enjoyed going to bible study, traveling, gardening, going to yard sales and spending time with her grandson Ezra.  Gloria was a kind soul who took pride in helping others.

Gloria is survived by her daughter, Andrea Banducea of Harvey; grandson, Ezra; four brothers, Leland of Bay City, MI, Lowell of Sallisaw, OK, David of Harvey, Kenneth of Harvey; sister, Kristi Seltvedt-Janssen of Vashon, WA. Gloria was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Roselyn Seltvedt and Irene Yost.
