Geraldine Salisbury, 87 put on her angel wings and flew to Heaven after passing away on December 18, 2023 at the St. Aloisius Hospital in Harvey, ND following a short bout with cancer. No services will be held locally.

Geraldine was born May 29,1936.  She was raised in Sheridan County then moved to California as a young adult where she married Fred Salisbury Sr. She worked as a convalescent hospital nurse until her retirement at which time she relocated back to Martin, ND. She lived there until her passing. Geraldine is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Fred and Susan Salisbury of Maricopa, AZ, one grandson and his wife, Jacob and Kelsey Salisbury of Bismarck, ND, and three great-grandchildren, Charlee, Chloe and Collins whom she adored. She is also survived by one sister Jean Marzolf of Harvey ND, and was preceded in death by her parents, Harry and Elma Eckart, her husband, Fred Salisbury, Sr, two sons and a daughter, Harry Salisbury, Lane Ammon, and Sandy Frantzich, and two brothers Orville and Duke Eckart .

Geri was a true angel who loved to cook, bake, and feed the world. She always had something cooking on the stove or in the oven. She made it her mission to help others anyway she could. She loved working in her garden right up until her illness. She will be dearly missed by those who had the honor of knowing and loving her. We love you Mom - No More Pain. RIP.
