Eddie Bauer, 19, died at home in Harvey on Sunday, April 14, 2013.

Private family services will be held. A public visitation will be Thursday, April 18 from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Hertz Funeral Home, Harvey. Classmates, faculty and friends are gathering at the funeral home at 7 p.m. Thursday for a time of remembrance.

Interment will take place at a later date.

Edward Michael Bauer was born on January 7, 1994 in Bismarck, ND to Mike and Kim (Klein) Bauer. He grew up in Harvey where he attended elementary school. He participated in wrestling in grade school. Eddie was a senior at the Harvey High School.

Eddie was active in FFA and was a coop student at Gooseneck Implement in Harvey. He also worked at Hinrich's Super Value. He lifted weights, boxed and played X-box. Eddie loved to play guitar. Summer times were spent hanging out at the beach with friends. He also enjoyed trips to Minot or Bismarck where he and friends would watch UFC at "Bdubs."

Eddie is survived by his parents; Mike and Kim of Harvey; brother Aaron and his fiancé Madisen of Regan; sister, Alexandra "Alex" Bauer of Harvey; paternal grandparents, Glenn and Shirley Bauer of Regan, maternal grandparents, Mike and Karen Klein of Harvey, Uncle Steve (Kelly) Bauer and Uncle David (Tonya) Bauer all of Regan; Aunt Mica (Mike) Hase of Harvey; Uncle Paul Klein of Thief River Falls, MN; and numerous cousins, great aunts and uncles.

Memorials are preferred to the donor's choice.
