Delores Held's Obituary
Delores Held, 88, Everett, WA formerly of Selz, ND died on Sunday, September 14, 2014 in a Marysville, WA nursing home.
Graveside services will be held at the St. Anthony's Catholic Cemetery in Selz at 1:00 pm on Thursday October 2, 2014.
Delores was born on July 28, 1926 at Selz, ND. She was the daughter of John and Marcella (Kraft) Held. She spent her childhood years in the Selz community and attended school there. She was baptized and confirmed at St. Anthony's Catholic Church. Delores moved to Washington and settled in Everett where other family and friends had relocated to. She cleaned and did maintenance work in retail stores for many years before retiring. At the time of her death, Delores was residing in the Emeritus at Marysville.
Delores is survived by sisters, Katherine Shriver of Everett, WA, Eva Richter of Renton, WA; ½ sisters, Dawn Hall of Taylor, SC, Betty Risinger of Sidney, MT, Dianne Leinen of West Bend, WI, Patty Lemer of Pick City, ND; ½ brother, Tim Held of Selz, ND; numerous nieces and nephews.
Delores was preceded in death by her parents; step mother, Helen; brothers, Leo and August; sister, Mary Abrahamson; ½ brothers Ken Held and Tom Held; ½ sister, Marcella Rogalla.
May her soul and all the souls of the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen.
