DeLores Borchardt, 81, Harvey, ND died Saturday, November 10, 2012 at her home in Harvey.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 14, 2012 at Hertz Funeral Home, Harvey, ND.

Visitation will be Tuesday from 2:00 p.m. to 6 p.m. at Hertz Funeral Home, Harvey.

Burial will be in the McClusky City Cemetery, McClusky, ND.

DeLores Dina Pfeifle was born on July 28, 1931 at McClusky, ND. She was the daughter of Fred and Tillie (Goll) Pfeifle. She grew up north of McClusky. DeLores graduated from McClusky High School and received her teaching certificate and taught in rural schools.

DeLores married Orville Henry Borchardt on June 18, 1950 in McClusky. They lived and farmed south of Drake, ND. They retired in 1985 and moved to Martin in 1986. She later moved to Harvey in 1995. DeLores was currently employed at the St. Aloisius Medical Center in Harvey. Over the years she had also worked at the Tastee Freeze, JW's Café, Dakota Prairie Flower Mill all of Harvey. DeLores also delivered the Minot Daily News.

She is survived by two grandchildren, Travis Borchardt of Harvey and Nicole Borchardt of Harvey; seven great-grandchildren; daughter-in-law, Jeneil Borchardt of Harvey.

DeLores was preceded in death by her husband on July 4, 1994; two sons, Keith Borchardt, Orlin and Kevin Borchardt; brother, Darvin Pfeifle; sisters, Lyla Pheifle and Vicki Borchardt.
