Connie Aljets, 72, Harvey died Tuesday, March 3, 2015 at the St. Alexius Medical Center in Bismarck.

Funeral services will be held at the Faith Lutheran Church of Harvey on Saturday March 7, 2015 at 2 p.m.

Visitation will be held at the Hertz Funeral Home of Harvey on Friday from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Connie was born on January 12, 1943 in Carrington, ND. She was the daughter of John and Mary (Bohl) Buskness. She grew up and attended school in Carrington. Connie married Bob Aljets on June 30, 1959 in Carrington. They lived in Carrington with their four children, Julie, Mike, Steve and Jason. The family moved to Harvey in 1975. Connie was employed at Seibel's Greenhouse for eleven years.

Connie was a member of the Wesley United Methodist Church in Harvey until it's closing last year. She then became a member of the Faith Lutheran Church in Harvey.

Connie loved to bowl and was a member in bowling leagues in Carrington and Harvey. Her hobbies included reading; scrapbooking; baking; watching golf and the Chicago Cubs; painting bowling balls and rocks; computer games; and growing flowers. She loved to spend time with her family and friends.

Connie is survived by her husband, Bob of Harvey; daughter, Julie Rosendahl of Esmond; three sons, Mike (Marlys) of Harvey, Steve (Teresa) of Harvey, Jason (Andschana) of Calhan, CO; ten grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; sister, Marilyn Hirsch of Cary, Illinois; brother, Ron Buskness of Woodworth, ND.

Connie was preceded in death by her parents; infant son, Roger; brothers, Gerald and Donnie Buskness; sisters, Gloria Buskness and Gail Buskness.
