Clarence Sass Jr. 77, of Selz joined our Lord in Heaven on April 8, 2025, at the St. Aloisius Hospital of Harvey.

Clarence was born on January 27, 1948, in Toledo, Ohio. He was the son of Dorothy and Clarence Sass Sr.  Clarence married Melissa Gase on October 14, 1967.  They had two beautiful daughters, Heather (James) Briesacher and Christinna (James) Millaway, both of Florida.  Clarence served in the US Navy Seabees in Vietnam.  He was very proud of his service.  In 2004 they moved to a farm north of Selz, North Dakota.  On October 14, 2024 Clarence was Baptized into the Roman Catholic Church.

Clarence is survived by his wife, Melssia of Selz; daughters, Heather and Christi of Florida; sisters, Rose Johnson and Marci Potts, brother, Floyd Sass and many nieces and nephews.

Clarence was preceded in death by his parents, and brother, Paul Sass.

A Memorial service will be held at a later date.
