Bonnie Faul, 69, Harvey, ND died Sunday, June 12, 2016 at the St. Aloisius Hospital in Harvey, ND.
Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, June 15 at First Lutheran Church, Harvey, ND.
Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Tuesday June 14 at Hertz Funeral Home, Harvey, ND.
Prayer services will be held at 7 p.m. Tuesday night at Hertz Funeral Home.
Bonnie was born on October 1, 1946 in Williston, ND. She was the daughter of Bertram and Mildred ( ) Haugen. She lived in Fairview, MT for awhile before moving to Max where she attended school. Bonnie married the love of her life Phillip Faul on February 7, 1964 in Washburn, ND. They moved to Harvey to start their family together. She enjoyed spending her days working as a loving caregiver and a wonderful baker. Through the years she was a CNA at the St. Aloisius Hospital and in the Long Term Care Unit, and baked in the kitchen of the hospital, the Harvey Bakery, Pizza Palace and at the Warehouse Grocery all in Harvey. Bonnie was Phillip's caregiver for the last years of his life. Phillip died on April 9, 2012.
Bonnie loved to cook for her family; play BINGO, card and board games; fishing; and going to the casino. She also made sure her daughter Bonny Lynn was always included in the family happenings. Bonnie loved spending time with her grandchildren and her sisters were also an important part of her life.
Bonnie is survived by three daughters and two sons-in-law, Deborah and Butch Keller, Shelia and Brad Patzer, and Bonny Lynn Faul all of Harvey; four grandchildren, Jennifer Keller, Jorden Keller, Crystal (Brent) Holzer, and Lacey Patzer; two sisters, Lillian (Ron) Randa of Mandan, ND, Betty (Terry) Faul of Minot, ND; sisters-in-law, Delores (Ruben) Lindeman and Evangeline Faul; nieces and nephews; close friend, Lori Wolf.
Bonnie was preceded in death by her parents; husband; step father John Bachmeier; half brother, Steven Bachmeier.
